No. Antler Calculator gives you an accurate, by-the-rules estimate. Official entry scores require a 60-day drying period and a measurement by a certified scorer.

Do I need to create an account to score?

Not at all. The online calculator works completely anonymously. Saving scores and uploading photos require a (free) account, but that's only needed if you want to keep history.

What's the difference between B&C and P&Y?

The measurements are identical. Boone & Crockett is open to any legal weapon (minimum 170" typical). Pope & Young is exclusively for archery (minimum 125" typical).

It applies the same formulas the official rulebooks use, including spread-credit caps and symmetry deductions. Accuracy depends on the precision of your tape measurements — we recommend a flexible tape and 1/8" precision.
